Since GATE is one of the most important target for TEQIP-III, as mentioned in the Project Implementation Plan, preparation for GATE and achieving qualification are two of the four disbursement linked indicator of the project.
In order to monitor, evaluate and support the progress related to GATE coaching classes by famous coaching institute were held in the REC Banda Campus for final year students free of cost. In addition to this GATE application fee was also reimbursed to all the students who appeared in the exam.
